Potatoes: 2 large boiled
Shredded carrot: ¼ cup
Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Grated cheese: 20 grams
Crumbled cottage cheese: 40 grams
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Turmeric: 1/2 teaspoon
Breadcrumbs to coat
Cornstarch – 2 tablespoons
Method of preparation
For the stuffing – Mix the cottage cheese and grated cheese. Add shredded carrot, turmeric and pepper. Make balls.
For the casing – Mash the potatoes, add Kissan Tomato Fresh Ketchup. Add cornstarch to firm the dough and salt to taste.
Fill the cheese mix in the potato casing and cover with breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil or shallow fry till golden brown.
